the group. A Dallas native, Clifton has sung to critical acclaim with such groups as Concert
Royal of New York, Indianapolis Baroque, American Bach Soloists, Dallas Bach Society,
Philharmonia Baroque, New York Pops, The London Symphonietta, Theater of Voices with
Paul Hillier, Orpheus Chamber Singers of Dallas, and has just completed his tenure with
the male acapella group Chanticleer. Clifton holds a music education degree from Texas
Christian University and is currently completing his M.M. at the Early Music Institute of
Indiana University. Private voice teaching, clinician work, and concertizing all conspire to
make him wish he had more time to tend to his garden and explore the wineries of
northern California!
